BAR BY ASSOCIATION offers expert offsite bar catering for private events anywhere in Los Angeles. We’ll deliver the same level of service, quality and expertise we offer at our bar to make your event stand out.

For your event, we create bespoke craft cocktail menus, branded menus, specialty and themed menus and more.

Looking to add a special touch or activity for a company party, employee team building experience or special occasion? Book a cocktail class to your event and we’ll teach your guests how to make some of their favorite cocktails. Our cocktail classes are meant for groups up to 25 guests but can be added to any event.

For all offsite events, we provide a professional event planner, all tools, staff, transportation, products and supplies. Depending on the group size, scale and location, we may need to source rentals through a third party vendors. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know in advance and take care of all the logistics.

We are fully licensed and insured for off-site catering and will manage all of the details of the bar.

ALL RATES INCLUDE:
• Open bar for contracted time with a minimum of two hours
• Glassware, ice and fresh garnishes
• Insurance, tax, service and gratuity
• Set-up and tear-down
• One expert bartender for each 50 guests. Additional bartender(s) are provided for parties of more than 50 guests at no charge.
